It looks like the CPU might be hitting 92°C and causing the CPU to downclock. Which will cause framerate drops.
I completely cleaned the cooling system. Blew out the radiator. After cleaning, the temperatures never exceeded the threshold of 80 degrees.
I tested about 2 hours on different maps.
Now the temperatures are like this:
Windows
CPU (load): -
CPU (temperature): 42 °C
GPU (load): -
GPU (temperature): 45 °C
Menu
FPS: 105
CPU (load): 50 %
CPU (temperature): 66 °C
GPU (load): 80 %
GPU (temperature): 54 °C
The training room
FPS: 88-100
CPU (load): 50%
CPU (temperature): 66 °C
GPU (load): 91 %
GPU (temperature): 54 °C
Conquest - Empire State 64 players (1000 tickets)
FPS: 35-55
CPU (load): 82 %
CPU (temperature): 73 °C
GPU (load): 86 %
GPU (temperature): 57 °C
Conquest - Olympia 64 players (1000 tickets)
FPS: 45-60
CPU (load): 90%
CPU (temperature): 76 °C
GPU (load): 84%
GPU (temperature): 57 °C
The end of the graph - the screenshot was taken after the game was closed.
Can you turn the CPU fan speed up higher?
Coolers work at about 40 percent. Everything is comfortable.
I understand that everything is fine with the power and temperatures. But the problem seems to be in some settings.
EYEScore thanks for posting all the screenshots. I'm doing my best to figure out what could be causing the low fps in 64 player conquest servers.
The CPU and GPU temperatures look good, well below 80°C. The CPU and GPU utilization also looks good, well below 100% on all cores.
I'm curious about the CPU memory performance. Please post a screenshot of HWiNFO System Summery.
