Matchmaking breaks every other match when on same network

Me and my fiance have paid £130 for 2 copies of the game, Im PC Steam she is Xbox series X, just for matchmaking to break every other game. Either it loads just one of us into a game or neither of u...

Hi everyone. We’d like to investigate the issues where a party doesn’t fully join the next match (e.g., “waiting for party leader,” one player stuck on the end-of-round screen, or only some members loading in). To help with our review, please include the info below when you reply.

  • Platform: (PC-EA app/Steam/ Xbox Series X|S / PS5)
  • Gamertag/Username:
  • Timestamp with timezone:
  • Party size & roles: (# of players, who was party leader)
  • Game modes and map : 
  • What exactly happened: (exact on-screen message: “waiting for party leader”, “joining game…”, etc.)

  • Platform: PC-EA app
  • Gamertag/Username: tuplatupla
  • Timestamp with timezone: happens on every session, but not after every match
  • Party size & roles: 2-4 players and I haven't notice a difference if I'm the party leader
  • Game modes and map : all of them (mostly playing AOW)
  • What exactly happened: Stuck on the end of round/match screen while the rest of party proceeds to the next match.
