Matchmaking breaks every other match when on same network

bump to keep at this up at the top. On PC as well.

Have done what another user has already mentioned.

"Verified both systems have Open NAT
Enabled and disabled UPnP for testing
Manually forwarded all required ports
Split port forwarding between the two PCs
Checked for Double NAT (none detected)"

I live in Seattle WA and also stay at my brothers in Vancouver BC Canada.

I don't have this issue in Vancouver BC Canada in the same house hold as my brother as we both have our PCs directly hard wired into the wall without a router on FIBER and I think this is an issue with Router setups

EDIT: Additional information, this is problematic mainly during peak server hours around 7:30pm - 10:00pm. Outside of this window the three PCs in our Seattle WA networked home can join games together. My brother and even I when playing out of the Vancouver location never had issues with joining into the game when grouping with the Seattle network setup.
