Matchmaking breaks every other match when on same network

This problem is still happening to me and my party members, we are not on the same network. All playing on Series X or sometimes me on PC(Steam). Doesn't matter which game mode we are playing.(Multiplayer or RedSec). 1st game we will all be together then after that at least 1 of us will be split from the group and not load into the next game even though we are still in the game party. Cant believe this is still happening after all this time.
