Steps to reproduce:
When I log in this usually happens. By changing my wifi network back and forth (my 5Ghz and 2.5Ghz network) I can force the server to reconnect with my client. After a few attempts the issue usually resolves (Checked by going back into queue. If it doesn't work, i swap connections again). Its an all or nothing situation. If it is not connecting to matches it never does. If i log in and I am connecting to matches, I am always able to until i log out. Usually I know it has worked if I get placed in the server queue. i have never once waited in the queue to log in and had my connection to matches fail.
