Same issue here! Match is found, my operator stands up as if the match will load, but then it doesn't and the start button reappears after 10 seconds or so. Matches just never load.
TEMP FIX: Wait 10 minutes in the game menu before trying to find a match. Seems to allow me to play if I wait long enough first. No idea why, and this is not a long term fix.
Yes, I'm on the new update. I'm extremely disappointed that this bug was NOT fixed.

- Reproduce by opening the game and trying to find a match. Happens every time.
