Missing 300 BP coins from S1

 

I am here again to request help with the 300 battle coins that NEVER unlocked for my completion of S1. Please credit my account the missing battle coins so I do not have to grind multiple paths in the BP before being able to purchase the next Battle Pass. As if this has NOT already been solved after I have filed dozens of support tickets.

Start caring about your player base and actually provide support. But my acct TacticalCha0s preordered the Phantom edition, had PRO BP S1, completed every path and was NOT given my 1100 battle coins as the game should have. You shorted me 300 battle coins.

Now you are even requesting people PREORDER Battle Pass's yet can't even provide what others already did pay for in advance. Get better. Do better. 

Your AI customer service is a useless time waste that just loops you in the same circle always to end with we really have no abilities whatsoever to assist you so completely useless customer support, that can't support. It's literally the simplest fix of crediting an account some imaginary made up in game coins that come at zero cost to the company. The fact you can not even do this, just stains your brand reputation completely with me.

Why would I EVER trust buying or giving you money? When you can not even provide stuff I have/had already paid for. Just wrecking your long term and future gains by being unable to do the simplest customer service. Not providing any form of support worth anything just compounds this further. Let's me know you truly DO NOT care.

Please credit my account (TacticalCha0s) the appropriate battle coins for completion of S1 BP Pro. Thank You.

    I have dealt with your AI support countless countless times on this matter. S1 finished MONTHS ago and I have already completed S2.

    Your customer service and support has just as much access and ability as you too. Which is zero ability to assist or help. They too just **bleep** you off by wasting a crap ton of your time to end with, we do not have the tools to help as well. EA is completely useless as such a big company with zero support. If they actually pay people for these placebo jobs without any actually abilities or powers, they are certainly just wasting their money as they literally are just wasting their customers time without ever providing results or a positive experience.

    And I filed well over a dozen tickets on this matter already, you completely ignore. It goes through the same script, asks me the same questions, i provide the same proof and the same solution. The AI assistant, too just like you says they have no ability to help and file a ticket. Then eventually you get an email saying your case and ticket is closed without any results....

     

    UNACCEPTABLE!!!

    Sorry to hear that rewards for the unlocked achievement weren't granted. Spending time, effort, and money only to not receive the rewards you've earned is understandably a frustrating experience. We'd love to help, but I'm afraid we don't have the necessary tools or records to do so here on the forums. I understand you've already done so, but you'll need to reach out to live support for continued assistance with the missing coins.
