I noticed some of the road to battlefield 6 rewards were missing right before launch day specifically the tier 60 stuff I received everything else other than that i talked to support multiple times and it has now been over a month of going back and fourth without finding a proper solution
Just gonna update this, im still missing the rewards even after ea support the issue and its been over a month and a half and i still don't have my missing content such as Soldier skin: sovereign soldier Uniform patch: burning sky Dog tag: the blackout Player card background: test or time Player card background: evolution Player card icon: no-pat Player card title: non-patriated
Same here, EA is ghosting me and closes the cases, i made a formal request, gave them the legal time to reply, they are not interested. I will make a formal complaint to EU Consumer Dispute Resolution, if some one is interested to join, i will make the legal proceedings Pro bono. Peace!
I don't see why not since they will probably continue ignore it otherwise (which they have done for over 4 months now and counting) and just wait out the last day to claim date and then just say that there is nothing they can do about it at that point.
so its probably best to do that so that all players who were effected by this get their rewards at long last.
