Missing support ticket

Hello, I am making this post because I had a support ticket in for an issue with Battlefield 6, and after trying to contact EA/DICE after over 2 months since the last message I received to get an update on what was going on with my ticket, it has straight up just vanished and the system is not allowing me to submit another support ticket.
