MORE GAME CRASHING

Ea dont seem to want to help with their buggy game. And happy to steal from customers by selling a game that crashes my pc to black screen and leaving my pc unusable. I have tried too contact them in regards to this issue but they just keep telling me to check forums or its my windows version. And refusing to refund the cost of the game. ive tried all the solutions available and lowerd presets to performance in game to still have the same issue. If anyone knows what's happening apart from ea releasing buggy season updates please let me know with comments below.
