I have the exact same problem apparently it's a problem with pc ea said they're working on something they said they are doesn't mean they're going to do anything though
Hi mate i think ive found a work around...
Un-install battlefield and EA app. Download Steam (free) and it will allow you to download Redsec (Free). When you launch the game it will ask to login to your EA account. It then worked fine.
So Steam is the answer until EA pull there finger out lol.
