All my game data and DLC is lost after an in-game error.

I am writing regarding my Battlefield 6 PC account. I encountered a problem that caused all my progression and DLC content to disappear, and I need your assistance.
Here is what happened:
I bought the game on Steam and was playing it on my Yahoo EA account (total gameplay record 45.5 hours)
During online gameplay today, the game gave an error and disconnected me and my friend at the same time. I was the owner of the lobby of the squad, I used Steam friend list to join my friend. All of a sudden the game gave an error and could not connect.
We tried to run the game a couple of times but the same error occured again.
After the game is trying to redownload and fix things itself, we managed to run the game.
But I am not Level 43 anymore, I am Level 1.
When I tried to log in again, I could not find my progression.
After that I realized that my Steam account was linked to my Hotmail EA account, which I am not using anymore, and not my Yahoo account.
But the things is, I was playing this game on my Yahoo EA account all this time long through Steam. I had my Hotmail EA account linked to Steam. I do not have game in my library in both of my EA accounts. But the app let me play this game anyway, and saved my data to where?
I do not understand how this glitch is possible.
I logged in to my Hotmail EA and unlinked from Steam. Then I logged in to my main Yahoo EA account and linked it to my main Steam account, to try to restore my data, I think maybe there is a glitch because of synchronization.
After this process, I checked but still both accounts show level 1, and my progression is still missing.
I never played the game on my Hotmail EA account. EA Online Chat helpers accuse me of losing my data after link/unlink process. But it is not how things happened.
The data loss was not intentional. It was lost already before linking accounts. This appears to be caused by a glitch or a server error.
The game is not even appearing on both EA accounts. I think my progress save was floating like a cloud!
Please escalate this case to a specialist team so they can check the server and restore my original progression and entitlements to my main account back.
I've been trying to contact a specialist for days, the live chat help is a disaster. I never knew that EA Games is a company that does not give value to it's players. Such a disappointment that no one is in charge of any technical issues.
