My Battlefield 6 Lagging and Freezing Problems

My System: AMD RX 6950 XT, Ryzen 9 5950x, 32GB RAM 4133 MHz, x570 Motherboard, 4 TB SSD, 2 TB external SSD, 6 TB external hard drive, 2 TB hard drive.

When I play the game with this system, regardless of Low or Ultra settings, my CPU is used at nearly 100%. I encounter interesting visual artifacts such as stuttering, drop, slowdowns, and lag during high-impact action scenes.

What causes this to happen on such a system? I also stream on the Kick platform via Obs Studio. These incidents almost double during the time I stream. I also stream on other platforms using other streaming apps. This problem persists. Despite repeatedly trying the Obs settings, game settings, graphics settings, and perhaps many others, the problem hasn't improved.

I'd like to inform you that I need a new update as soon as possible, or your attention and support, for the newly released Battlefield 6, which I love and have wanted to play for years.
