Need help with timed out due to inactivity; tried everything; still no luck

Hey guys  

Need help with timed out due to inactivity tried everything and refused to let me play any type of game but logs me into the main screen.

I have tried all steps that have been recommended and more so what do I do after that? Anyone got a solution ? Mods can you help me if I give you my username? Because maybe you can look into this. It's for Xbox one my username is Navhawk118703
