Occasional stutter

Hello, please help!

Specs:

Ryzen 7 5800X3D
XFX 6800 XT
32 GB RAM

I have a problem with occasional stutter. You can see the timeframe spike (the blue one) in the attached graph.
It seems to be a shader compilation stutter to me, that is driving me mad.

Can I somehow solve it?

    I have a very similar issue with the same CPU, big stutter with gpu utilisation drops when it happens. Please update if you solve it, hopefully someone can help I’ve tried everything I can.
