So… after wasting way too much time on this, I’m pretty sure this is not just a random crash issue.
Since the last update my system was hard freezing after ~10 minutes every single time. No crash report, no error – full lock, hard reset required.
Before the update? Rock solid.
Tred everything on the “normal user level”:
drivers, settings, overlays, reinstall… all pointless.
What actually fixed it for me:
- updated MSI BIOS to latest version
- installed latest AMD chipset drivers
Since then → zero freezes. Played for hours without issues
This really looks like the update is hitting something deeper (CPU scheduling / power states / memory handling), and older BIOS + chipset combos just choke on it.
So yeah… this might look like a “game issue”, but it’s probably exposing a compatibility problem on system level --- not sure though.
Still: if an update can hard-freeze entire systems, that’s something EA should seriously look into!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you’re on AMD, do yourself a favor and check BIOS + chipset before going insane.
Curious if others can confirm this????
no mi sistem is perfect stable no need to destroy it for a game , EA dich us they show us how a very bad company behave
