The problem is that you're playing on PC. Destabilizers were purposely put in the game to create a handicap for PC players.

If you have an Xbox, hook up a MNK and you'll have a more stable system with some aim assist and lower bloom. Unfortunately, recoil does not seem to be affected and you will suffer like the rest of us PC players.
