Permanent Ban Issued Due to hacker, Evidence of Compromise Ignored by Support
Hello everyone,
I am reaching out to the community and EA staff here on EA Forums as I have been repeatedly denied help through the official support channels.
My EA account was compromised and stolen on November 30, 2025.
I contacted EA Support immediately and successfully worked with them to recover the account, which involved verifying my identity and changing the hacker's unauthorized email back to mine. This recovery process and all associated chat logs are documented under Case Number: #231064972
The Core Problem
Unfortunately, during the brief period my account was hijacked, the hacker engaged in activity that led to a permanent ban in Battlefield 6.
Now, despite having clear, internal EA support records that prove my account was compromised and subsequently recovered, Support is refusing to lift the ban and is citing the Terms of Service. They are ignoring the fact that the violation was committed by a confirmed malicious third party, not by me, the paying customer.
I have purchased this game, and I am being locked out due to the actions of a criminal.
My Request
I urgently request that a member of the EA Security Team or Terms of Service (ToS) Team review my case. Please check the account login and activity logs from November 30, 2025 to December 1, 2025. These logs will clearly show unauthorized access from a foreign location, which directly correlates with the activity that led to the ban.
I am asking for my rightful access to the game to be restored. Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Daniel Princ
