Hello, thank you for your reply. I tried exactly this procedure and the result is that the support team wrote back to me that the ban is justified and should remain active. I've already written a sharper response in the form of another appeal to this, which I haven't received a reply to yet.
It doesn't seem normal to me that the support team is treating me like a fraudster and refusing to help me as a paying customer, even though they have clear records of my account being stolen for a period of time, during which the hacker managed to get me banned. I was hoping someone would help me with this or at least contact the relevant department that could resolve it.
