Persistent Party Matchmaking Issues on Xbox Series X Anyone Else?

Not sure why anyone hasnt responded here. 100% agree with this issue. Why isn't this more of an issue with EA? Our Xbox crew has not been able to consistently keep a party together at all. One randomly gets left behind, matchmaking never starts, etc. We spend as much time quitting the party and out to the menu to reform as we do actually playing. Been that way since the beta.

Truly hope someone over at EA is paying attention with this. Its gamebreaking.
