Phantom Edition not working

Has anyone been able to fix the issue? This really sucks when there is no customer service. 😤

Premium is mostly fun at launch. Watch us not get compensated for it. I’ll be surprised if they even address the issue. They offer no help or assistance. No phone number or chat, but they’re willing to make $$$$ 😡

So EA gets us suckers to buy the $100 edition from them, and we get to watch the first 7 hours of launch play and when they finally get the game playable, we don't get our bonuses, so we at this point are being penalized for buying the premium version from the company itself. How much more could you f up EA. It's in the game, if you could only start the game and then wait for an update to get your stuff "in the game". Fool me once EA.......

I have the exact same problem for Xbox. Bought Phantom edition on pre-order and no content. Played for a few hours and still nothing.
