Ping

Hi, my name is mansour, my username is red_hook1, my problem is ping so high after the last update i was playing in pin 96 to 105 it was good but after that my ping be hell, it’s 146 and reached to 152 I can’t play like this please help, I got depressed and choked every time, it can’t fixed even I went to support EA and they don’t have chat, just send the problem and wait.
