CetchinDeers this probably has nothing to do with low polygon meshes, but I noticed in your HWiNFO screenshot that EXPO memory overclocking isn't enabled in motherboard BIOS settings.
The memory is running at 2400MHz instead of 3000MHz. Which would be 6000MHz DDR5. (2 x 3000MHz = 6000MHz)
You can also try installing the game on the Intel SSD instead of the Western Digital SSD. I doubt it will make a difference. Seems like a game bug or Radeon driver bug.
yeah i caught that and fixed it, can't figure anything else out. funny thing is i have a friend with a 9070 that isn't having the same problem so im stumped
