Prestige Battle Pass Path Cannot Be Activated After Purchasing BF Pro

elthionel​ Glad to hear those did carry over. And yes, it is an immensely frustrating situation, and the feedback has ven been given by us here as well as the players.

So when you battle pass progression says '105 / 110 complete' and you go to the store and there's 'Battlepass skip 5 tiers' presented to you on sale on the last day with one click purchase available, its obviously a dark design pattern to bury at the bottom of the description 'does not apply to prestige tier' when i don't even know/care what the names of the tiers are. 

Fooled me once, shame on me. Its an EA product I should have known to look at the minute detail of everything as a scam would exist somewhere.

I am happy to report that the 5 tier skips were carried forward to season 3 and the recruit tier was fully unlocked this morning. At least the skip didn't disappear into the ether.  

Issue is closed, caveat emptor.

Just a quick one on this. The team is looking into it, but it states in the store, "Tier Skip does not count towards the Prestige Path completion."

We have also given the team feedback on this one. Sorry for the confusion.

We’re aware that some players who purchased the Season 3 Battle Pass did not receive their intended 25 tier skips. The underlying issue has now been resolved, and the team is actively working to grant the missing tier skips to affected players. Thank you for your patience.

If you purchase ANY tier skips using battlefield coins while you are within the last 10 levels of the battlepass-  the skips will be purchased but not applied.  

While this is mentioned within the tier skips bio at the very bottom,  I believe this isn’t obvious enough to fight off a false advertising claim.  

They should not be purchasable while the player is within the prestige path.  As now I am down 750 battlefield coins with nothing to show for it.  I had enough for the next pass and now I don’t.  I have spent 3 hours within EA support asking for a refund and it seems they do not have the capacity to do that. 

Please fix this issue and compensate anyone who has been affected by this.  This is deceptive marketing and shouldn’t be present within battlefield 6. 

So I needed 5 more tiers to complete the Prestige path, I thought let's buy 5 tier skips to complete. However after I bought it with my hard earned BF Coins I saw that it doesn't apply on the Prestige Path.

I contacted support and they can't refund me. This is redicilous now I didn't complete the path and lost my 400 coins

Yeah, I agree. But the problem is they don't have any info related bf pro tier pass.

It says on the store page that buying the tier skips don't apply to the prestige path. I made the same mistake and realized it afterwards. It shouldn't eat your battlefield coins regardless. I'm not sure if buying BF Pro would be different.
