PS5 Not Connected to PSN error

Since the new update I struggle to complete a full game on Battlefield 6. I've been playing mostly Breakthrough. It has coincided with a new fibre Internet connection I now have but the connection to everything else is fine. 

A game will start maybe last for 10 minutes and then just stops, grey screen comes up then BF logo and then a message saying I am not connected to PlayStation Network when everything else tells me I am. Have tried everything, forget Internet connection re connect, restore license, rebuilt data base, changed the DNS. I was really enjoying BF6 up to this point.

    That's not a surprise when on a mobile hotspot. The connection will be pretty weak. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. Please contact your ISP to see if they can help.

    Hi, okay thanks for responding again. Just an update. I tried to play Battlefield 6 on the PS5 using my mobile hotspot and instead of the PSN connection error message I now get a message saying no connection to EA servers after again about 10 minutes of play.

    I still recommend you contact your ISP since this began when you switched connections. Otherwise, we'll keep monitoring for any issues.

    Hi thanks for responding, I'm not having issues with anything else that's using the new connection, TVs etc, I've carried out speed tests etc and I can tell by the quality of the TV resolution using HDR streams etc that there is no degrading or dropping of connection. I really don't see how a new connection could be saying I'm not connected to PlayStation Network.

    Hi there. We have some connection troubleshooting steps here that may help. However, this does sound like it could be an issue with your new connection. Have you contacted your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues?
