All good info and effectively what I had to do to get any sort of contact.
However support is really dropping the ball on investigating false bans. It's a newer AC in a new game. False bans are going to happen. Which stinks but I get it. However the lack of communication, and lack of resolving the false bans has been an issue.
I was banned on day 1 after 7 hours of play - and I played beta just fine. I'm still banned and just get canned answers. I literally only played the game. My account is 17 years old, and WAS spotless until this bs. I've never cheated, exploited, or even farmed.
The lack of support on this issue is frustrating and disappointing.
