PSA for the Falsely Banned
If you were falsely banned like myself and the hundreds of others and have gotten no email, no warning, no way to appeal in the penalty history. You're in the right place.
If you were fortunate enough to have the penalty in your penalty history:
1: Go the the Penalty History page here
2: Press Appeal
3: Enter your appeal
4: Press Submit
If not, follow below guides
If you want to talk to an agent via Live Chat, here's what you do:
1: Go to the support webform here
2: Select Compromised EA Account (IMPORTANT)
3: Select your platform correctly. enter your details, add screenshots if you can
4: Click Submit, and you should have the Contact Us via Live Chat option
If you want to make a standard ticket, do this:
1: Go to the support webform here
2: Log out (IMPORTANT)
3: Select Submit an appeal
4: Select your platform correctly. enter your details, add screenshots if you can
5: Click Submit, and you should have the Contact Us via Email option
