All good info and effectively what I had to do to get any sort of contact. However support is really dropping the ball on investigating false bans. It's a newer AC in a new game. False bans are going to happen. Which stinks but I get it. However the lack of communication, and lack of resolving the false bans has been an issue. I was banned on day 1 after 7 hours of play - and I played beta just fine. I'm still banned and just get canned answers. I literally only played the game. My account is 17 years old, and WAS spotless until this bs. I've never cheated, exploited, or even farmed. The lack of support on this issue is frustrating and disappointing.

Bumping this. So I've had a "fun" time fighting this. Backstory: played beta. Pre purchased. Played 6-7 hours on day 1. Went to play day 2 and account was disabled. No flags on EA penalties (17 year old account, btw) Had to download account info to see that the reason was "account abuse". Had to jump through weird hoops get a chat. Opened appeal. Was told appeal was denied and they investigated it twice (which is them lying). Days later, got email asking if my issue was resolved. I said no. Because I'm still banned for no reason. Got another response this time saying I was cheating (so now the reason changed? Wtf?). I have never cheated in any game. I encouraged them to look at my account and my steam account which is 20 years old. 0 occurrences of cheating or even suspected cheats. Insane to think I'm just suddenly cheating. Where I am now: I responded telling them, again, they are wrong. Something is being falsely flagged and they need to explain wtf is going on. Because I don't use any cheats. I never have. And it's weird the reason keeps changing. I also only played bf6 on one PC. I told them I didn't even care if they unban me at this point but that they NEED to investigate this further because it's absurd to ban people and take their money for no reason. That's how class actions happen. My ticket is now in "Waiting on Studio" status which I assume means DICE is investigating FINALLY. At this point I'm feeling spent on EA support and really frustrated with the entire experience and lack of effort from their end to resolve this. But hopefully they can figure out wtf is happening to prevent this from happening to others.

Exact same situation here. 15 year account, no issues. Play on KBM and Elite controller (Desk and couch). Baned after 3 hours. First appeal using the above method denied with no info. Second appeal (once the ban actually showed up in my profile after 2 days) still pending. If they could just provide some context on what is triggering their anti-cheat, the community could figure out what to avoid.

Brother, some of us have a legitimate problem here. I can't believe you created a forum account just to say that.I doubt you will but take a sec and just consider how much it would suck to be in our situation if we really didn't cheat... just allow for the possibility.

im so confused i submitted a appeal 7 days ago now relating to my ea account being banned its been with studios for about 4 days now with no update..... today i decided that i wanted to appeal again under the same case so i did so when i did it 5-10 mins past with a email from ea saying declined appeal how the hell does that work i only appealed it so this must be a AI bot determination, can someone explain this also on my pending ones the original case is still there awaiting studios and my violation and penalty page the ban placed on my account is no longer there does anyone know anything about this or have any information regarding this

Me as well I am level 53 on ps5 but got a new gamming pc with my steam and psn account linked through the EA app and I'm left in the dark. I've started 5 cases and had it escalated to an account manager and still nothing.

and the story keeps without a proper resolve just losing our money when somebody is using it as stats for their sales ... what u own nothing just the right to play when they take it away for Gameplay Enhancement... what a world .. i love the negative comments that all ppl here are cheaters... this is a disaster

Just happened to me, 50 hours playtime. Was loving this game. 14 year old EA account with no negative history ever. No software or anything. Recovering from surgery so had time to finally play a game I enjoy and now permabanned out of nowhere.
This is ridiculous.

Another bump:
They denied appeal again with no explanation and the same generic response.
They clearly refuse to actually support their playerbase.
This is the most pathetic excuse of a support system I've ever experienced.
Somehow the statements they kept sending were changing the "status" from account abuse (whatever that is, I'm certain I didn't do that), and then to cheating (never have done that either), to now just "you broke battlefields rules".
They clearly have no idea what's going on.
I didn't exploit anything. I didn't cheat. I didn't say anything negative in chat or voice. Nothing.
But what I did get is robbed.
I will never purchase another game owned by EA again. This is the first EA game I've bought since The Sims 4.
Never again.
