It’s the same now with this. They’ve lost tons of support cause of zero communication.

They made "extensive" Test sessions before the release, I don't even know its real purpose. Just advertising and marketing ?
Same with these "Labs", considering the amount of bugs they keep bringing instead of actually fixing core issues.
Still, releasing an AAA shooter with a broken mouse is out of my mind.
Once the mouse is fixed, we will have at least a playable PC game. but not the "best" BF for sure.
I still play BF2042 (later after the mouse fix), terrible experience at the release. Far to be perfect, but it became quite an enjoyable game.
