Second Red Bull dog tag challenge doesn’t track or work!

I received the Red Bull seeing red dog tag by purchasing a Red Bull from GameStop and following the instructions on the fridge. I looked and saw that there was another dog tag unlockable by flying for 180 seconds. I did this in an official server but my time flying didn’t track. This is bugged out and I’d like to unlock this before the promotional period ends.
