Server not working

About 2pm eastern time, Started a match and took 20 minutes to get a game to even start. I do not have crossplay on so it should've populated with bots but it did not. Backed out, shut the game down and restarted and jumped back and and then took another 25 minutes for a game to start. This time There was losing packets and lagging was so bad, you couldn't even play. Everything was jumping so bad and every time you took a shot at an enemy it was like nothing was hitting them but one shot for them was an instant kill.
