Solution for DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG - AMD

I have an RX 7600 and i couln't play for even 10 minutes - the definitive solution was removing all GPU drivers with DDU and install a old GPU driver (25.9.1) - That's it, hope this information help someone.
