Are any of you getting this error installing the game more than 5 times or are trying to launch it through the EA App instead of Steam?
EA_Aljo once purchased through Steam the game can only be launched through Steam , the game doesn’t even show up as purchased on the EA desktop app, but a lot of trouble shooting methods suggest clearing the cache from the app to help (it doesn’t) otherwise the EA app would never be used . Also , no for the installation more than 5x error , I’ve never seen that .

Have you tried installing REDSEC on the same Steam account you're trying to play the full game on? That may help if there's an account linking issue.
I’ll give downloading Redsec a shot later today , I tried that on my ps5 but it was giving the same error I’d get on Steam , further indicating account specific issue . After that failed I unliked everything from my ea account besides Steam which still didn’t help
I'm hitting this on console. There is no EA App associated with it.
What can we console players do?
