I want an actual EA Employee to please tell me how the quality of your customer service is even acceptable.
I've attached the transcript that I just had and I want anybody to tell me how this is even remotely okay. I wasted TEN HOURS, TEN, trying to talk to anybody about getting this issue fixed for a man child to ragequit because he doesn't want to do this job. I want an EA Employee to tell me how this isn't theft. How can I spend $100 on a game and it's literally just bricked and non functional? This Nishant person legitimately should be fired.

The quality of EA help support is absolutely unacceptable.
I was able to play launch day until around 11PM EST and have not been able to play the game since as it's giving me error code 1:86001S:51009S:11468332130:1073807360Q . I've literally spent the last 24 hours being constantly lied to by support or having them just instantly close chats and nobody can explain what the issue is when it's account related and not hardware / networking related as other people can login to their accounts on my computer and play the game just fine and my issue persists if I try to login on their computer that they're also able to connect to the game on.
This is the current chat I'm having right now and this is absolutely ridiculous.

I cant launch it from the ea app because i bought it through steam. Unless you know how I couldnt figure it out. It wants me to buy another copy.

Bumping until I can get an answer from an actual EA employee because the only response I got is there is no bans on my account and I cannot access the game I spent $100 on.

I’m having the same issue, except mine is with Xbox. I have an updated EA ID on the help.ea.com site as well as the forums.ea.com. However on the myaccount.ea.com site it shows an old EA ID. I tried talking to a support agent, the best they could offer was to submit it as a bug report. I’m not 100% convinced they understood the issue either.

Nothing yet, spoke to another live agent that couldn't tell me what it was related to or how to fix it, and to just wait without any ETA. I think the lack of communication for the issue is getting more frustrating than the issue itself.

I have the same error code, but on Xbox. I also haven’t had any luck. I saw another post where someone thought it was tied to their EA account having two different names.
For me, my account name on the forums and help section shows my newer EA ID, but on the account management page (my account.ea.com) it shows a much older EA ID. Do you have this issue as well?
