Most likely, it's an account issue causing this, but it's possible this is connection related. Have you tried any troubleshooting for that yet? If so, what did you try?

EA_Aljo​  Yes I have. I use a wired connection. Tried just about everything. changing my DNS. Resetting router, using a hotspot instead of my modem. Clearing my PS5 cache.

I also tried deleting and reinstalling the games. Restoring licenses.

Same issue, downloaded it on epic launcher on my PC so I could have cross progression with my Xbox. Ran the game for the first time ever on my pc and was met with account restricted 

It’s finally works after 3 weeks , downloaded new nvida driver but not 100% sure that was the fix

EA_Aljo​ I have done so multiple times. They don’t acknowledge the issue is account related or they say they will send it up the chain, depending who I speak with. Is there a way for it to be escalated to someone who can speak on the issue?
