I've seen others saying having multiple EA IDs will cause this. Try opening a case with an advisor so they can go over your accounts to see if that's the case. They would need to delete one then. Cases can be opened by hitting the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page.

Is there any way to talk to a real human without going through this process?

You'll have to use chat to talk to an advisor about this. Unfortunately, we don't have a phone line.

Thanks for your help. I'm also experiencing this issue and haven't been able to find a solution. Every ticket I create through the Contact Us button redirects me to the solution page and isn't saved. How can I reach their support team via email?

i have same problem with steam copy of game but when i install redsec on EA app game works and i can connect to server. And i try to launch game on my laptop on steam and it works on same network and same account.

Okay a Rep in the Chat told me that the multiple IDs isn't causing me to be unable to connect to servers

You'll need to choose an option that lets a case get submitted. Usually, requesting help with an account does that.

I as well had this issue. I also have issue with my ps5 and the game freezing and crashing. So I figured I would us my pc and still be able to use my ea that I use on my ps5. But then I got that restrictive msg. So I saw on this a guy uninstalled the game off ea app and tried it with steam and worked for him. So 2nd time downloading the game and it worked for me. I just had to link steam to my ea account. I found the game loads way faster in steam as well. Now if only they could fix the issue with the ps5. I paid for the full game and can't play it.

Note: This workaround will not work for similar issues - it is only for the EA ID backend authentication issue
