Steam progress lost + battle pass lost

So I have been playing for about a week or so, and I reached level 34/35, something like that. Unlocked few achievements on steam, made in-game progress + battle pass progress. Suddenly, game crashed and I couldn't connect to servers. Once I logged in, my in-game progress has been reset, and it won't synchronize with STEAM progress + I don't have access to battle pass...

Anyone experienced similar issue?
