Still cannot launch the game 4 days later

I have multiple issues with trying to get the game to launch, sometimes it gives me the error code attached and sometime it just fully black screens and shuts down my computer. This is very frustrating as I just want to play the game. I have reinstalled my drivers, I have reverted my drivers, Secure Boot is enabled, I have done everything short of reinstalling W11 entirely on my computer. Does anyone know how to fix this?
