I would agree that when swapping with '3' on Medic/Engineer, a stutter definitely occurs. Although I am confused on how the mouse stutter was fixed? There is no update on that, as it is still being investigated, as far as I know. If you could kindly relay how you unbundled that....issue...I'd appreciate it.
Basically, on empire state (the most laggy map for me and my friend) on that map, whenever I moved my mouse it would periodically stutter. Like lets say 1 every 5 seconds, specifically when shooting it would happen every gun fight. Other maps would stutter less. So today when I played liberation peak and empire state I noticed it didn't stutter once.
Looks like he had a placebo effect.
