Guys an quickfix is :

Press one of your ALT keys on the keyboard(and keep it pressed).

Then use some duct tape to force ALT permanently pressed all the time. For me it works (it's an fix from another person).
From time to time it will reappear again, and the fix is just remove the tape, press ALT again, then keep it pressed and put the tape back.
