The little bird is missing in the SDK?

I downloaded the new SDK so that I could update and edit the new map Contaminated. While editing I noticed that the Littlebird or vehicle of type is not in the object library. Is it really missing? I believe that I updated everything correctly.

yeah they havent added it back to portal since they took it out when they launched it 4 months too early. so apparently that must have been the job of one of the devs they laid off. so infuriating
