I also suffer from time nudge issues that weren't there in the beta. The only two cents I'd like to add into this topic is that my roommate who plays on the same server, at the same time, on the same wired network does not suffer from any TN issues while I'm having massive ones. So I really do not believe this has anything to do with networking specifically (i.e. ISPs, wired/wi-fi, probably server quality), but something related to the computer itself - can't even try and guess, though.
