TN Lag framerate issues on official big mode servers (possible solution)

First off I'd like to state this does seem to be an AMD CPU issue that is making conquest almost unplayable.  I only played one match before the Season 1 release so that may have increased performance if they patched this issue.  

My PC has AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor and an Intel arc A770 GPU.  I was experiencing issues mostly in conquest near heavily contested points and lots of effects going off.  With the network bar going off TN would be the one thing that would get bigger when I started experiencing slow motion stuck in mud kind of movement automatic weapons firing at an inconsistent rate.

A buddy of mine pointed me to a JayzTwoCents video that pointed at Javelin EA's BF6 anti cheat.  I had already given BF6 the boot with admin rights but that didn't resolve the issue.  The solution seems to be giving the anti cheat in the BF6 folder boot with Admin rights, the first game of conquest I played after that was 1000% better.

To find said file open up your BF6 folder -> right click on EAAintiCheat.GameServiceLauncher select properties -> click the compatibility tab and select run this program as an administrator -> click apply and then ok.  When you launch the game it should require you to confirm running the game with admin privileges, click ok.
