Transition between Matches AND PARTY ISSUE

For the last couple days, after a match has concluded i am left stuck at the leaderboard screen and my entire party gets into the next game - i can hear the audio of the next game taking place, but i am stuck

or when we  are in party consisted of 2 . the party leader will stuck in the lobby menu while the party member join the game.

Party almost always consists of

1x steam
2x EA
OR 
2x EA 
I'm normally party leader and bought it through EA app

we tried joining the game but there is another issue is i cant join the game through my friend although there is space available.

so we are playing it solo from the release , rarely somehow i could join the game.
