We will not get the items. On another thread a german mod told me that Twitch hadn't transmitted the relevant data, so EA can't see that I'd unlocked Twitch Beta Drops and the Versatile Skin.

However, the fact that I submitted screenshots as proof, or that one could speak with Twitch (they must have a contact person and could request the data again), apparently doesn't matter to EA. I never got a response on this point.

I send this to twitch and they refund me the money for the versatile skin instead of transmitting the data.
