Whenever I launch the game I het Unknow Error 0:51009s:11468332130:1073807360q as it tries to connect to the servers.
I have now been talking to support for 3+ hours and they told me to pos here as they have no fix for this 'bug'
I did the entire slew of troubleshooting steps suggested. Game was working fine yesterday, no hardware or software changes since then.
Please let me know if you get a solution!
Thinking of having to get in contact with EA support.
Very same issue with this error code. My account is from 2010, maybe more. My boyfriend on the same internet set up on his PC didn't have this issue. We're both setting up BF6 for the first time from our PS5 accounts. We have both our PSN and steam linked to our EA accounts. His transfered perfectly. But I'm stuck on this error code and we can't find answers to get past it now. Need help 😭
This issue went away for me shortly after my last post. However, when I tried to play today, I received the exact same error code and cannot play again today.
I really wish this error was better understood.
I also contacted support, and had a similar experience. There were a variety of troubleshooting steps that I had already performed, and they did not really attempt to engage with the note I made about how another Steam account, using the same PC and install of Battlefield 6, did not encounter this error. The error only occurred with my account.
SnakeDoctor15 I did notice that your forum account is rather old, and I assume your associated EA account is as well. If this is a server-side account issue, it may be something specific to older EA accounts. My account is from 2008.
Another piece of information here.
Since I do have that other PC with a different account that works fine. I logged in on that system with this account that I'm having issues with, and the error appears when using. Switching back to the account that PC was originally using, no issues.
So this appears to be an account issue, rather than a hardware or network problem.
I'm encountering the same problem.
I was playing fine less than 24 hours ago, and now I'm receiving this exact same error code. Another PC and account in the same network is not encountering the error, so I don't think it is network related. Also no hardware changes on the PC that has this error.
