Unplayable latency and lag on DICE servers

For the past couple weeks any game I play that is not on the server browser has literal unplayable lag and fps drops. This never happened on launch but only started happening a little bit after the drop of season one. I really want to keep playing but the server browser is unreliable and has limited modes I enjoy.
