Sorry friend. Thier support is actually A.I.. not a real person my expierence. Can't blame them I guess with all the bs complaints or "suggestions" a person has everytime die to something or see something they dont like.
Now folks with real issues myself included get screwed.
When you start a chat with an advisor, it's a real person.

EA_Aljo You did not read my post. Look at my case on your system, the information is all there. I refuse to go along with the 1st line support procedure yet again.
I’ve even provided a link in my ticket containing System Minidumps, Application Dumps, DXDiag and MSInfo logs so these crashes can be analysed.

Ask them a question. If your real person whats 1+1...or something simple..... you'll just keep getting generic responses.
