URGENT HELP PROBLEM PS5 PRO

Need URGENT  help. I was playing a multiplayer Battlefield 6 match on Ps5 Pro and out of nowhere my screen froze, along with the game showing a frozen sound and then a green screen that lasted a few seconds. My PS5 Pro restarted and everything seems to be back to normal

Has this happened to anyone else? , PLEASE HELP

According to a Sony specialist technician who helped me via chat, this has nothing to do with the hardware since it hasn't happened again. After that on-screen error, the PlayStation rebuilt its database on its own. I then used it normally in games like Dying Light the Beast, Forza Horizon 5, and Death Stranding 2, and I didn't experience any issues. It's a PS5 Pro that's less than a year old. How am I supposed to replace it due to a clear malfunction in Battlefield 6?

  • Sounds like a hardware crash. If it keeps occuring and factory resetting the console doesn't fix it, then it might be time for a new console.

I would first try installing the game on a different SSD. For example installing the game on the internal SSD instead of the external SSD, or vice versa.
