Weapon challange complete but weapon still locked

So I have by some miracle unlocked SL9 but still the SCW-10 is still locked and I don't have the opportunity to unlock it since the challange is completed..... 

With snipers I have unlocked the last challange in order to get PSR but I don't have the weapon unlocked

Same with assault rifles all should be unlocked but I'm missing L85A3

If I get prevented from using them and it's EA that IS the problem I expect to be showered in xp boosts
